You chat so much shit
There's a difference to what Barnes does and what Zaha does. Barnes goes down under a slight shove/push (just like Murray does) and Zaha runs and runs and runs, starts to lose balance then leaves his leg around a player to 'go down'.
As for Mackail Smith, 12 goals this season and that's more then any one of your players so what you've basically said is that your team is a failure in the Championship
You've just proved that most of you Palace fans are thick as f***.
Really ?
PS - VERY VERY VERY much doubt Palace turned down SEVEN MILLION POUNDS in Jan. Paper talk / deluded Palarse talk.
In what way is that NOT sustainable you loon? Isn't "selling players to cover your losses" what you were saying we SHOULD have been doing while we were overspending? Isn't that what you have been doing for years and claiming that it makes you honorable and sporting? You can't have it both ways chap.
We lose roughly £2m-£3m per year without any cup runs or player sales. If we sell a player like Zaha every 3-4 years we make all of our money back. Geddit?
Yup. Every thread would be like the away end, and would get hijacked by your lot every other post.
"Haha Palace only have 9000 ST holders"
"Shut up you weren't selling out a 7000 seater stadium"
"Haha Palace are poor"
"Haha Brighton are JCL's"
"shut up pikey"
"go and have sexual intercourse with someone of your own gender"
etc.
I thought that the BBC were about as reliable as it gets for football info.

Yes that is what we were doing but even then we were losing money and the model is simply not sustainable. Without falmer we could not have continued like we were with player sales and the directors pockets plugging the debt. It is also a very risky way to run a business as you are gambling your future on the hope you will always have a promising academy product to plug the debt.
If you seriously think that is a sensible way to run a business then you are even more of a retard that your numerous deluded posts on this thread suggest
Had we not sold Moses during administration, we would've got a lot more.
And you say I am welcome on there. Thanks for that.
Was that the first one ?
Spot on. CMS is well worth what we paid and that will show next season. Palarse fans haven't watched him regularly and are guessing. And even if we had paid too much what's the big fuss? We're OK for money thanks Palace. As for Zaha - great player but a complete cheat and cheated to scrape them the draw at shitehurst (otherwise it would have been THIRTEEN points we THRASHED them by THIS SEASON). Sweeeet.

Also, a model based on selling your best players may balance the books, but will not gain palace promotion.
You only go up by keeping your best players adding to your squad.
Palace finished where they did with zaha, apparently a player worth more than £7m. If he goes, at best you'll replace him with a couple of less able players
I've seen enough of CMS to form an opinion thanks very much.
That opinion is he'll run all day long, hustle and bustle defenders, but will need lots of chances to score.Head to head,Murray is a superior player, more intelligent, brings others into play, is a better header of the ball, and given the service, which was sadly lacking last season, would outscore CMS all day long.
Someone remind me how many administrations Palace have had now? Is it more or less than Portsmouth?
You're right, it won't. Which is why we'll only do it if we don't get promotion in the next couple of years, according to Steve Parish. If we sold Zaha, even for £7m, we could replace him with 2 or 3 players in their prime (so that the value is based on ability alone, not ability and potential like Wilf's). Scott Sinclair for 600k, Ricky Lambert for £1m etc. spring to mind.
Freedman thinks we're 2 players away from the playoffs, and I agree with him. We were in the top 6 for 2/3 of the season until all of our injuries and the cup run reaching its climax. A few quality additions could well see us promoted.
Lambert for 1m hoho, I'm not sure Southampton will accept the 20p in a pound trick they've been there themselves remember.
