If you look around the www.microsoft.com site you will find a link to request service pack 2 from microsoft on cd rom free of charge.
This is a fine gesture from the wealthiest man in the world. Even the postage is free.
I received mine this morning.

I downloaded it from work and burnt it on a CD myself. But also look out for it stuck to the front of computer magazines if you can't be bothered getting a copy directly from microsoft.

BTW, you don't need SP1 to install SP2 (at least I didn't).

The B*****d thing has trashed all my MP3 & WMA music files in media player, they all turned red and wont play And I had shed loads
