The idea is to give him first team experience. Chelsea have done the same with Smertin, loaning hm stright to Portsmouth.

Crawley are picking up his wages whilst he's there. He's unproven in the football league and needs to set the world alight whilst he's at Crwaley if he's going to get a break at Brighton, and he knows that. I have heard that he's been doing ok....Anyone seen him?

I have seen him play for them and agree with your friends. However, he does show promise, and may be the big strong striker that we need at the club, as our other options are all small and quick, but lack physical presence.
