Will Hoskins seemed to be surprised and hurt by hearing about Bournemouth's interest on twitter, whether or not it's true. Can't see Gus or the club being too impressed by this somehow.

Can't see the other player's being to impressed with it either. That a team mate found something like that out on twitter and not from the club direct. Works both ways. Of course the club could be blameless in all this if it's come from Bournemouth's end.

That's true. Makes the players seem even more like a commodity if clubs can discuss them like that without their knowledge.

My opinion for what its worth is that this has come from bournemouth end ...i feel certain poyet would hav spoken to the player if it was true....until proved otherwise this is just speculation

Who says it isn't just a local (Bournemouth) paper getting the completly wrong end of the stick and printing something totally untrue - how is that the clubs fault, Hoskins fault, Gus' fault.

People really really need to take everything they read in January with a massive pinch of salt and not believe anything they read until that magical club taxt comes through

They are a commodity whether they like or not, football is all about money and nothing else

Why ban them from twitter? Might as well ban them from having Internet connections whilst we're at it eh?

No question at all that it was the Bournemouth Echo who broke the story and reported it as a fait accomplis - all that happened on twitter was to repeat their story to, as it turned out, a surprised Hoskins.
