In Bergamo they had to close the wifi today because people gathered around wifi hotspots. Probably internet infrastructure is better elsewhere, but it really got me thinking for a moment. Imagine being alone in an apartment, completely disconnected, day after day just hearing military police saying "its not safe, stay inside".
