Text of a newspaper clipping I saw this morning (looks like the Mail from the font but not 100% sure).
"PORTSMOUTH: CLARIFICATION
In his report on Portsmouth v Mansfield Town (Jan 20th, Ian Ridley stated that Portsmouth were paying Balram Chainrai £65,000 per month. We wish to clarify Chainrai was paid off in a lump sum of £3.45 million but the club are making a monthly loan repayment of about £120,000 until the summer of 2014 to Stuart Robinson".
Don't get me wrong, I'm sure our next accounts aren't going to make good reading but they really are something else aren't they? Where are they getting £120k a month for loan repayments from, never mind other running costs??
I hear they now owe £200,000 a month to Wonga.com
