Us old bastards who remember the good old days really rated him when he was down on loan

Him and Steve Cotterill.

I should think so.

Moulden and Cotterill were a good partnership.

Of course, he was ace. He and Nogan are the only strikers that I can REALLY remember from the Goldstone days.

Not there tommorrow but if i was i wood give him a bloody big round of applaus. Have said on NSC before that i think he was the best loan signing we have ever had. He is also doing a fine job up there with what i regard to be a pretty shit side.

Ditto what the Caveman said above

Absolutely quality when he was with us (1991?) Whatever, a long time ago!

Always remember the midweek night game against Plymouth, they were near the top, brought bloody loads and Dickov destroyed them and scored a fantastic goal away at the South Stand

Deserves a good reception, one of the better Arsenal players that our supposed 'special relationship' turned up

Him and Mark Flatts.
Hardly an aerial threat.

Dickov was probably one of the best loanees we signed, he was a lethal finisher and never gave up. Dickov and Nogan was a dream partnership upfront, definitely will be giving him a good round of applause tomorrow.

Kev, you must have been about four when Dickov played for us!

Who were the others then? I can only recall Martin Keown who was very useful and seemed to be on loan for ages, over two seasons I think. Statistically I believe he is the most successful player ever to have played for the Albion if you look at his Trophy Record with Arsenal.

Steve Sidwell wasn't bad.

In 1994, as part of a Prize I had won on Sky Sports I spent a day as guest of Ian Wright and Arsenal. In the evening I went with the team to the london 5-a-sides and spent ages chatting with Paul Dickov about his time at Brighton. He was a top bloke and had so many good things to say about us.
