Gus must know that he is not yet the finished item and still has a lot to learn in management. It's too early in his career to take on a Premier job and run the risk of failure.

Gus and the Albion are learning together. He won't go anywhere for the next season or two.

I believe Gus is an honourable man and will see out his contract with BHA
