Will Buckley the forward we have been looking for?

I said a few weeks ago that he coul play up with CMS. In recent games he has in parts and it seems to be working well.

I don't think it was ever the intention.
If we had quality of say the likes of Kevin Nolan, along side Bridcutt, then 2 wingers would have been par for the course, all season.

I have never understood why it has taken him so long to establish himself in the side. He oozes class. I know he had an early injury which put him out for a while but he's been available for some time now and only got a look in because of injuries to Nonne and Lua Lua. He is the deadliest finisher we have. His goals to shots ratio is incredible. I'm delighted for him and just hope he continues in this rich vein of form. Would also like to see Toby Adgestein have a start. He is also a class act and is ready to be bloodied now with a run in the side. He'll score goals too. Bring on The Toon !!!

no idea if he could be a striker as well as a winger. but i'd def give him a chance up top. although i'd love to have noone behind CMS as his feet are lightening.

If oxocube went for £10 million, then that has to be our starting point. If he keeps this form up, Premiership teams are going to pounce come the summer.

I think Buckley needs creative license. Yes, he could play as a forward, but I think it wouldn't bring out the best in him.
