Someone must be working on a cricket game. I guess the only problem is that the yanks do not play cricket so the market would be limited. Imagine being able to have 22 people playing online together, a full length bat attachment for batting and a some kind of control for fielding.

It would be huge. Though I guess we will have to wait :(

I can see myself going for a big hook shot and taking out the lampshade...

I do that sort of thing already when playing games like baseball.

The market would be limited to the countries that actually have an interest in the game, places like the UK, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc, etc...by my reckoning at least a quarter of the Worlds population...far more than the amount who like their sports, baseball, American football, basketball...

No. Its shit.
If you have a long putt, you have to swing the remote like a DRIVER to get the power up. Utter shizer.

If you want a golf game, despite the cartoony nature of it, Pangya Golf is very decent.

India has one of the fastest growing economies in the World, the middle classes are expanding...more people with disposable cash, a cricket game is possibly the exact thing to push the Wii as a must have game...far more chance with something the whole country is obsessed about than Mario Kart or Donkey Kong!
