Beautiful scenery, fantastic coast, picture-perfect towns, friendly people (if you speak the language and avoid Paris!).

And, to the person who wrote Le Pen - :tosser:

The best cheese in the world is Roquefort and this is a fact not an opinion.

Also, the only place in the world I'll eat steak is france (Argentina awaits). Add some frites, some roquefort on top, wash down with lager and instant heaven.

We fight for our country, if it wasnt for us and other a few other countries who stuck up to that tosser Hitler, the french wouldn't even be here, they would be german, and yet they still disrespect us the f***ing pricks....:glare:

Our courageous army died for their country, they should be grateful at least.:tosser:

Yawn. I will argue their army/government have the right idea these days though i.e. do not get too involved in wars you a) should not be involved in and b) you cannot win.

These days maybe but if your country is threatened/attacked you need to be prepared and when things like 9/11 and 7/7 happen you have to defend the country so using that against the UK Government isn't a good idea, dont defend yourself and you will be exploited.
Would their country exist of it wasn't for us?
Think of all our men,Fathers, sons that died for that country and you'll see my reasoning, I Don't mind the French just certain people who disrespect our country.:annoyed:

Brighton factually.....
Can anyone tell me how many different countries we have fought the french in ? WE must have fought them on every continent at least in some form or another.
I wrote to the BBC and asked if they would make a programme about it.They wrote back and said it was a great idea, but Jonathan Ross was due a pay rise and they could not afford both.

If our country was positioned where France is and we did not have 20 odd miles of water between us and Europe we would have been in the same situation. We were not ready for the Germans but were saved by the Channel and the fact that Hitler turned his attention to Russia once he had taken France.
The French resistance fought very bravely.

Sleeping on the roof
for having a pretty nice country full of pretty interesting stuff instead of filling it to the brim with concrete and landfills?

France is no Belgium, mind.

..and the UK had a helping hand from the US and the Canadians when liberating France anyways.

Doesn't change the fact our men died to save their country and the selected few seem to have forgotten this

I think we probably have put up a better fight than letting our whole country get overrun within two weeks though.

Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male and French birds speaking= lush.
buttt-
f*** Brie, Stilton is the way forward.
f*** Croissants, Egg and Bacon all the way.
f*** Nicolas Anelka, we've got Nicky Forster.

Therefore France is balls in comparison to England.
Bar French birds and nice aftershave.
This is proper jumbled up.
