£13.5m so the club must have rated him highly, and this team lacks pace. Why doesn't he start games with regularity?

He's yet to be Hughtonised.

I'd imagine CH doesn't see him as the finished article and needs to work with him more before he can trust him.

Depending on how fit Kayal is, I would try swapping Gross and Propers positions. Not sure we would have a lot to lose there but possibly a lot to gain. By all accounts Gross is as good in midfield as he is as a no.10.

Izquierdo has pace, why is this not included in any game plan or strategy, I can't recall that pace having been genuinely exposed in any game I have seen?
