Pretty poor fishing attempt in my eyes.No his well out of his depth! Kept us up in his first five months. Then won us the league in his first full season. Then took us to a playoff position in April in our first season in the Championship our highest league position for 21 years.
Introduces a passing system and ethos which is a delight to watch, and seems to be planning for the future ensuring our development players are capable of the playing the same way if called upon.
This club has progressed beyond all recognition under his leadership bearing in mind 3 seasons ago we were one game away from the basement division to being 9 games away from the Premiership.
Oh yeah I didn't even need to mention we have beaten two Premiership teams this season such is the strength of his CV so early in his career.

Any donkey could get us where we are with the momentum we've gained. Gus landed on his feet. His team selection is truly shocking.

New staduim. If slade or mickey was in charge they'd have got us promoted.
We won the league at the massive state of the art stadia that is Withdean.
It hasn't worked all season and everyone knows it apart from the management!
