Why don't supermarkets sell human milk?

I mean, we're not cows are we. Surely our own milk is better for us?

Is there an actual legal reason for this or is it just seen as ethically wrong?

My friend once drank a cup of tea made from breast milk for £10. It looks kind of streaky and apparantly tastes horrid, that could just be the fact the women who provided it was a horror show of about 20 stone.

Often though it weird that people go all unnecessary at the thought of drinking milk that came from a human but think it's OK from a cow or goat or buffalo.

No arguments about the same applying to eating their flesh please.

As long it was relatively mild and not the strong veined variety, I'd probably have a nibble.

I suppose as Veal/ Cows Milk are coexistant goods (one helps the udder - sorry) that we would need to know what to do with the number of children born to help create the product.

Breast Milk tastes like Yakult.

In tribal days and I believe still in some cultures men lived seperate from women who lived in communal dwellings. Their biorythms synched and they became fertile at the same time. This meant there were a group of women who had babiesd at same time and shared their milk out among all the babies.

Urine is sterile. You can drink it.
