I have thought that for years, just like those 70's song words which you have sung wrong for 40 years to find out they are not what you think they are, when you know the right words its obvious.

My avatar is the late, great Albion Flyer, the first NSC greyhound

An example from my own life...My other half was singing along to “Saving all my Love for you”..when Whitney warbles “you said be patient, just wait a little longer..but that’s just an old fantaseeeee” she’s singing “but that’s just an open top seeeeaaat”

Daft bint.

I can't remember but I think it was something to do with a tribute to some positive South American influence at the club back in the day. And they are on a computer. And it is cute.

Associated with my username. Still my favourite sitcom.

Rik Mayall and I were the same age. Gone but not forgotten.

“Captain Darling? Funny name for a guy isn’t it? Last person I called darling was pregnant 20 seconds later!”

Click on "Settings" in the top right corner of NSC (between "My Profile" and "Log Out").

Then on the left hand side you will see some sections, namely "My Messages", "My Subscriptions" and "My Settings".

Click on "Edit Avatar" in the "My Settings" section.

You will then see a page like this:-

and you can add your avatar.

You're welcome.

Thank you and apologies for the slow reply, I’ve been away.

Done a Frexit, now in London
Self explanatory. When I was a Gendarm, we'd sink a few bottles of wine at lunch and sensibly not drive the Megane back to base for our afternoon nap but we could drive the VSP. One day I I drove our Kubota through town while they were herding cattle as I didn't want to get s**t all over the car and someone took a picture.
