Yep, due to his immaculate positioning, timing, reading of the game. He's got a good leap too. He never gets knocked off the ball either. So his size doesn't count against him in the game. I would think it's still a minor point against him just because. The only other negative is he's still picked up a few bookings this season.

I think the bigging up of Liam (and others) also had an unsaid message of "and we don't need to sell so you can bugger off unless you want to pay silly money".

Maybe someone did make a cheeky offer - and we told them to go forth and multiply.
Or he's sold and will be gone in the Summer.

It's not like TB hasn't got history of doing business, that way.

As we know Briductt is crucial to our system of play which not many other teams play so maybe premiership managers struggle to see where he would fit into their teams/systems? He is basically Gus' general who makes the team tick as Gus wants it too.

Im just delighted he's still here, he's the only player in our squad who is irreplaceable with the way we play.
