The marketing dept of BHA have sent me an email with full ticketing details, a step by step guide of how to register friends & family & a reminder of my log in & password. I'm no spring chicken but I went on the website this morning with no problems (apart from having to click a couple of times because it was busy.)
Yet reading some threads on here you would think the club are making it impossible to get tickets.
Now I have only one other person on my friends & family so maybe its more difficult with more but I think they have been pretty efficient.
So why are people struggling?

Because like managers, marketing departments are paid to get results and they have presided over a decline in Albion's home support - although to be fair the lot at the soldstone were just as bad. Its very simple, BHA have an entire county to sell tickets to, and our current marketing department fail to get 8K though the door. They also have had to be kicked and harried into setting up a few schemes like a partnership with schools, which is still too limited and which they now hail as a great success - it was not even there blinking idea. It really is poor, but if you asked Richard Branson to play up front then we wouldn't score many goals, and given that we recruited ex footballers to be a marketing department, then is it that much of a surprise. o, because they do not know from kicking a ball about how to sell.

Indeed we are when my sons on-line account only allows him to be an adult ticket.

Glad you know the facts

The fact you can only get tickets two ways and one of those ways, booking online, doesn't work that well then it's a bit rubbish really. People know how to use computers, it's just the online ticketing system has something wrong with it all the time and such a big game where people really want tickets shouldn't have been placed upon it's limited service.

I am a season ticket holder and when cup fixtures come around I book online and it takes me a lot longer than it should, 15-20 minutes to be precise, and it's not because i am slow with computers it is because it takes ages to load and then redirects me, doesn't advertise tickets correctly, regularly changes what ticket I have ordered from adult to OAP to u12...

I have now got to get 7 people to add me to their friends list, all of whom have different membership categories and have to apply at different times. The cornucopia of information that comes with adding 7 friends to my account will lead to the entire economy crashing with a monstrous super virus.

I phoned up for my Man city ticket, my West Ham ticket and my Tottenham one. I got the tickets with plenty of time to spare like many other people and enjoyed all of the games, why change?

About right, every idea has come from fans these days so it makes you wonder what these people are paid to do.

Fortunately Ken Brown travels first class to most games so I suspect we as fans sponsor this nonsense as well.

Obviously, that kind of thing is a pain. Would a solution be to get a postal application in now?

But many people have successfully got tickets online.
