Are they? The thing that bugs me the most about this saga is that there hasn't been a single Arsenal fan coming on this board. It wouldn't have been like that in the lower leagues, we'd have been inundated.

It's because Gunners fans don't bother with forums from the likes of #TeamsLikeBrighton :D

*cough* moderators *cough*
*cough* period of probation and post quarantine *cough*
*cough* the blud and fam filter *cough*

Nobody can inundate NSC any more

Like you would know, HWT – you've got about 95% of the posters on ignore so I'm surprised you know WHAT goes on :lolol:

Careful what you wish for.

It's bad enough here wading through the palace nonsense and 'fans' of our manager.
Being 'patronised' by joyless gooners could be a difficult few weeks.

Oh I don’t know, it could be fun conversing with “me bluds tho innit fam” for a bit [emoji23]

Sussex but not by the sea
They’re not rattled by us, they are now however starting to finally realise they are on a serious downward slide that will not necessarily stop at 10th. Villa and Newcastle being prime examples of what getting it very wrong can do to a ‘big’ club.
Their problems really started with letting Wenger stay at least 2 years too long. Then the ludicrous contracts given to Ozil. Chelsea and Spurs overtook them on the pitch and in terms of academies. They aren’t focused on the basics which for any EPL club is that the most important person at the club is the manager, followed by the supporting execs investing in said manager’s vision.

Arsenal have just renewed David Luiz for another year. That tells you everything about where they are as a club. Imagine singing Luiz and losing Aubameyang.

I listened to the Alan Davies podcast thing the other day.
He quoted a stat (which I haven't verified) that Luiz has give away 1 penalty in every 6 and received 1 red card per 13 games he's played for Arsenal.

I listened to that. Was very good (and very funny). Davies knows just how shit they are and that blaming other teams / players is just desperate whataboutism and crack papering. A sensible Arsenal fan, unlike some of those AFTV gimps.

Good article btw.
