We have many threads like this, it's lazy really by the OP not to tell us what the thread is about.
The link on this thread isn't too bad as its for a BBC site, but some links are for a newspaper site full of adverts.

The subject line had nothing to say it was an OFF TOPIC post which if they had manners would have put or intimated it was a reposting off of another site

Perhaps you would like to have a word with the person who started the thread - Does ANYONE remember THIS guy? which has no indication that it is off topic and therefore in your world the poster is lacking in manners
