He is from Patagonia, which stretches across the Chilean & Argentinian border.

It's a long way from his town General Roca to Chile.

Hardly surprising given his love in with Mrs Thatcher. My best friend in Junior School, from Santiago, the son of a Chilean refugee, may have a less favourable take to her on Uncle Augusto....

It was Thatcher's love in with him that was incredible. Two real Dictators Pinochet, Galtieri and a plastic dictator in Maggie.
