Yes, I will be vacating my property from June 16th until July 1st. Avoid the 20th, 24th and 28th, as a neighbour will be letting herself in to feed the bird. Any other time should be fine though. There is a spare key hidden in a small crack in the pathway, behind where the dustbins are kept. I have a Sharp 28'' TV, a Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop, a Philips DVD player, and a pot in the kitchen that says "Coffee", but actually has about £170 cash in it.

There's not a lot in the shed I'm afraid, apart from a strimmer and some creosote. But if you could see your way to taking those planks of wood, it'd save me a trip to the dump.
