I hope not!

They moved back to Maidstone after years drifting around in the likes of Dartford and Sittingbourne. They've finally got their own stadium in their home town again and we played them in the inaugural match there. I think they're top of their league now and looking good for promotion- they're pretty well supported by non-league standards.

Only potential hitch is that they have one of those artificial pitches, which they'd have to get rid of if they go too much higher. Still. Nice problem to have, compared to where they've come from.

I'm not sure whether Chichester is closer to Brighton or Portsmouth....

Another one here for Shoreham..... its only because Worthing never had a maternity unit for 35 odd years.

Aston Villa.

Got a straightforward home win against Liverpool next Sunday - as Lambert looks to 'push on' for that highly plausable Champions League place in May. :jester:

Solihull non league so Birmingham just pips Coventry I beleive.

P.S. my dad used to teach about 3/4 of the youth scholars or old equivalent from Birmingham City including a couple biggish names (apparently) talking late 70s to very early 80s. Maths mainly but then we moved back to GOSBTS after I was born so I wouldn't get too tainted!

and who would you be watching your home town team play against next weekend?

Can you Brighton fans keep of this thread please

Nottingham Forest or Notts County for me, think I'm gonna be a glory hunter and be supporting Forest this weekend then. It's a home game so I think we'll turn over those batty boys from Brighton comfortably 3-1

This thread was inspired by whoever posted earlier today that you can't be a real Brighton fan if you weren't born in Brighton.
