Don't be silly he has only just arrived is on a five year contract at a club that is going places it would have to be a very special offer to tempt the club to sell

Because he's only been with us since January and you're already speculating about him leaving!

Agreed. Ridiculous, pointless thread. He's only been here five mins, FFS. And why wouldn't he stay with us for a while, esp if we got promoted?!

Celtic.

Why are some so irate about this thread existing? It was a valid question and it's not like a poll will suddenly make him yearn to leave.

Admittedly, I can't see him leaving for another season or two but at some point (probably sooner than we'd like) this situation is going to arise.

Even though I do see more than an element of truth in it, coz Len is well lush, and I did add the 'who knows when' caveat.
I didn't realise a twatty Sunday night fun thread, would induce quite so much bile.

Spurs.

In my own strange world
He will probably sign for City for some vastly inflated sum of money, make half a dozen appearances as a sub or in a League cup game and then spend the next two years warming the subs bench picking up £90 Grand a week, before being loaned out to a Championship Club for the last year of his contract, thus kick-starting his career and reminding everybody what a class act he is.

What I don't think we've seen fully yet is his pace. He's looked great in the Championship, but a striker lacking a bit of pace can really struggle in the PL regardless of their other talents. For example Jelovic would undoubtedly tear up the Championship, but he's been found out this season big time in the PL.

I've gone for West Brom, especially if Lukaku ends up back at Chelsea.

Teddy Sheringham had no pace, neither does Dimitar Berbatov. Hasn't stopped either player setting the premier league alight. Leo would do the same given the chance.

You've got Leo in the same bracket as Sheringham and Berbatov already. Wow, if he lives up to that and he stays - Europe here we come!!!

You'll note I said can really struggle, this wasn't a definitive statement.
