Crofts for me. Consistent throughout the season, even when we were playing poorly.

Bennett a close second.

Elphick third, although no higher because of how bad we defended for a few weeks in the middle of the season. Taking Poyet's arrival as Year Zero however, and I think Elphick has been superb.

Anyone voting Calderon etc should remember it is player of the season, not player of the last couple of months.

It would be QUITE funny to vote Nicholas Forster mind...

In answer to the thread question, I think Calderon will get it.

In answer to the poll question, I think El Abd should get it.

Calderon has played almost half the season - many have won awards having played less.

If anyone has epitomised the change in our fortunes and inspired the supporters with his style of play and his attitude it is Calderon.

Vote for consistant quality and flair or vote for consistant workhorse performances?

The choice is yours

Who the f*** voted 4 hoyte?:lolol:

Maybe he reads NSC, or a family member does.

Crofts edges it for me, though between him and AeA it took some consideration. I think many will agree it's been an odd season to pick any POTS, with the comings and goings and inconsistencies.
I prefer to vote for a consistent player than someone who was outstanding for a couple of matches and then went back to being rubbish.
