The stage is now set for an Albion player to be elevated to legend status again! It could be a night to savour and we can tell the grand kids...We were there!! Despite a team ravaged with injuries, despite suspensions, despite being two goals down, despite the unfairness of the play offs, despite that Sheffield Wednesday could rest 11 players, and despite a tired and weary squad, we still have a chance!! There is one player who could become written in Albion folklore as the player that scored the winner! Whatever the team we manage to put out, they will give it everything!! That's an awful lot of use of the word "despite." I just don't think this is the Albion's year. Maybe next year. Our manager hasn't given up "despite" our many issues but he is being honest that our chances don't look too good.
