I think they all may be staying and all (presumably) are on the jolly in Swissland.

Bruno may well be our first choice RM next season.
Easily good enough.

I think we would miss him as full back. Not many wingers (if any?) got past him at the Amex. Except he ran out of puff against Arsenal.

Rosenoir gives an interesting option of pushing a central defender forward if chasing a game.

Couldn't agree more.
Love Bruno at right back, awesome player.
Maybe LR has been signed as cover due to the fact that Bruno does miss a few games.
He also only has a year left on his contact I think.
If not, the two of them could link up beautifully down the right.
They could take it in turns going forward whenever possible with the other comfortably dropping back to RB.

I'm a little shocked at just how low a regard too many on here have for Bruno. We're not exactly over-endowed with CL players. He consistently plays well, and I'm struggling to think of another player in our squad that is technically better.

Anybody thinking Bruno will play right side of midfield or that he wasnt given a torrid time by anyone with a yard of pace last season is frankly head mental !

Bruno now is clearly going to be cover for Rosenior at right back and maybe can play the odd game in midfield if we are short with injuries or suspensions, even then i would be very suprised given the number of options we already have in midfield, with more yet to follow.

We will sign a winger or 2 yet, if we want to score more goals, Bruno operating in midfield is not the answer.

I see Bruno and Rosenior starting the season as the two full backs.

Pretty much all wrong, well done.

I think it's because the "experts" think that unless a defender is scything someone in two they're lightweight or a liability.

His reading of the game and positional sense are exceptional. Plus his flairniac skills. He's definitely on the demise but certainly good enough for a championship side.

I'd suggest Calderon is being turned in to a utility player, with Bruno being the dedicated back-up to Rosenior.

Doesn't seem like rocket science to me.

IIRC in addition to right back, Calde has played centre back, left back and right midfield. So definitely a utility player.

I think Bruno will be the second choice fullback and possibly play in midfield for a few games as well.

People claiming Bruno will be starting the season obviously rate him highly, I can see why as he has been a decent right back for us, however he is still very inconsistant and his final ball last season was as bad as Bennetts, neither of them put any decent balls into the box. I am hoping Rosenoir and Bong will improve that.

There is potential for Bruno to start on the right hand side of midfiled if we have a tough away game or even fill in, in the centre if we have injuries, for me Bruno is only going to be a squad player next season, but I cant see him being sold due to him not comanding much of a fee and I'm sure he will feel he still has something to offer.

Yeah. Let's play a 34 year old who can't defend over someone who's spent the last few years playing in the Premier League.
Glad you're not the manager.
He's fine but ****ing hell, talk about getting carried away.

I am a fan of Bruno, well i certainly was a bigger fan in his first 2 seasons with us, he will be quality cover for Rosenior for sure.

But defensively Bruno is not the best, is slow and has been given a lot of trouble the last couple of seasons, anyone willing to run in behind and we have all sorts of problems, he is physically shot after 60 mins.

Rosenior is a healthy upgrade indeed.

As for Bruno playing Midfield, we really have far too many options for that to be the case.

Really hard to understand why he and Calde where both offered contract extensions??, surely one or the other but not both.

All this offloading O'Grady talk is bullshit.

Why? - are you seriously saying he should start next season?? he's probably on good wages and for me the quicker we get rid of him the better - clearly not good enough for a club looking at the top half of the table

That is my view. I would have let Calderon go as he is no longer good enough in any position for the championship but then again his new contract may have been on greatly reduced wages.

Did I say he should start??? Hemed will.

I haven't lost faith in O'Grady, he is a decent player and an asset to the squad. Some see it, some don't.

How many strikers does a Championship squad need? More than 3 I would suggest, so I doubt we have plans "get rid" as you say, unless we buy two more.

We'd be mental to let KLL go. Not many game changers like him around. And we seem to be struggling to sign the 1 or 2 wingers we want as a result...

KLL won't be allowed to go I don't think. Not just yet anyhow but I don't think he is in long term future plans. I fully expect the sqauad to be culled but I think he will survive the first phase.
