Terry Connor and Steve Penney.

I was trained for 2 weeks by Steve Penney. Now, he didn't warn me a road would ruin my career or half my middle-age, but i still rather enjoyed the only time i was shown how to do anything at all. Him and O'Regan, it was.

My childhood hero was Chevy Chase.

Rather bizarrely ... and bear in mind I was a Newport County supporter as a child ...

Colin 'Rock' Hudson - a great winger for County, who was eventually transferred to the Albion, where he played one game and disappeared without trace.
