[NSC] Who turned the site off?

There were a few minutes where if you pressed 'reply' the text field appeared without the quote, then the site turned off ('could not find that site').
You're right that did appear, but it does so regularly as I rely on a mobile connection. Looks like the site was down but I didn't realise as I rejoined it from another dormant NSC tab (still struggling with the Chrome browser compulsory multi-tab windows) 😶 Why has this smiley got no mouth?

There was nothing wrong with my connection - other sites were working fine. The could not find message was exclusive to NSC, and mentioned the NSC server.
