Dave, I still feel guilty about that awful tackle / assault to this very day. I think it happened on the astroturf - my huge bodyweight just kept on going...and went right through him.

To his immense credit, I remember him taking it very well. Suffice to say, I owe him a lot more than a pint should our paths ever cross again.


I've obviously missed a fair deal on NSC as I have absolutely no idea who this AIDS fellow is. But he's obviously the popular choice for the job.

I seem to remember in the REMF 1 training sessions Dick Knight's Mum crippled me with a shocking late challenge. Alas this meant I was not in sparkilng form come the night and was subbed after 25 minutes by Tony
