We are in the mix without doubt but I see QPR, Leicester, Bolton & Reading as the real threats. What I want to know is who is your top 3 for promotion and relegation?

Since head-mental nutter was removed from the equation, have had a tenner each way on promotion.

I think that Reading will probably win the league. Second will be close and depends on how many players QPR/Wigan sell as both their squads look strong now but could weaken by the end of August. Both of them will probably be around the top 6 along with Bolton, Forest, Leicester, Watford and probably us (if we make a few decent signings).

At the bottom, sadly I think Yeovil will finish bottom. Burnley may well struggle (especially if they lose Austin) along with Millwall and Doncaster. Who would have picked Wolves for relegation this time last year though?

Reading 1st then could be anybody. Can see Wigan struggling like Bolton did last year especially as they have the same manager and he didn't have a clue last season, Yeovil may surprise a few teams and stay up like we did against the odds in 2004/5

And the fact they stayed up by the skin of their teeth and they sold the striker who scored the majority of their goals last season
