Just about Dalglish but Redknapp, Hughes, Kean and Wenger run him close for me. To be honest, most of them are massively irritating, they all continually blame refs for their teams short comings and refuse to ever blame themselves or their players.

On the other end of the scale, I think Martinez is great though and needs a bigger club.
