Seeing as NSC can't come close to deciding who the greatest rock band are, let's try greatest singer.

I'm going for Sinatra, maybe not the greatest voice but for delivery and timing not many can compete imo.

A mention for Bob Dylan if only for his intonation and delivery if not the voice per se.

I could listen to either of the above all day and night...I often do
