He was a class act at the Mayo testimonial and I look forward to some more at the Hart testimonial.True, although I was looking for those that have come through and made a career out of it. Worded badly! I sat next to him in a pub watching the FA Cup final last year (Man U/Chelsea) and he seemed to be hoping to get back into professional football. The second sentence is the most significant. Anyone can run down the wing a lot, that has nothing to do with football ability.

Peter Smith was around right at the start of my Albion-supporting days, and even as a young boy, I could always tell he was a poor, poor player. Or maybe that's because my Dad would aim a lot of his verbal abuse directly at him
