I remember pitching up very late to get tickets for The Play-Off Final in Cardiff and asking the lovely lady in the ticket office if the strapping on her arm was for RSI with a jaunty smile on my face and her replying, 'Yes...' through gritted teeth, as they'd probably dished out 35K tickets in about ten days

Moving away from the hilarity of my rampant sarcasm he is a very nice chap. As is the hairy man with the specs.
