Who Is More Senior Wilkins Or White?

Yep absolutely. To be fair to the bloke, he WAS unlucky to be sacked from his role as manager, so if they're serious about wanting him to stay it should be made clear he's second in command. I would put White as reserve manager again, leave Wilkins as "senior coach" (and make it clear that's the second highest position), and Chapman merely as coach.

Personally, I don't think they want him to stay whatsoever, but that's a different story.

Well if they make him just first team coach then i agree with you that they don't want him to stay.

Easier answer is sack White and or Chapman and make Wilkins club coach responsible for all teams, the let MA bring in his own No2 to assist him as first Allan Cork then Bob Booker did.

Adams brought in Dean White...just because White doesnt have as high a profile as Wilkins doesnt mean he is not doing his job ...why should he be sacked ?

If DW takes the job he will be working UNDER Adams and White. Chappers just carries on doing the same.

Which considering Dean Wilkins was Dean White's boss this time last week is the ultimate insult to Wilkins in this whole affair!

Where is it written that the COACH, senior or otherwise, is below the Assistant Manager. You're all talking about something totally irrelevant. Every organisation can organise their hierachy as they see fit - the titles are a side issue.

IF Wilkins returns he would report directly to Adams and no-one else. I think Knight made that quite clear.

I don't see it as being a straight top down hierarchy, as is being suggested. They'll have different responsibilities. One is assisting Mickey Adams, one is directly coaching the players,

Anyway, I see Dean White as more Assistant to the Manager, like Gareth in The Office.

How is it irrelevant to Dean Wilkins when he was Dean White's boss last week? How would you feel if you were put in the same situation?

f***ing ridiculous situation full stop.

Exactly.

Adams
White
Wilkins (Although I'd be surprised if he stayed.)
Chapman
Goalkeeping Coach
Hinshelwood

Not a bad veterans six a side team, but as a Management team it's far too many.

Still very unclear who made the contract decisions - if it was Wilkins as looks likely, how he F**k can he be sacked a day later?

I'll support Adams, as he is now our Manager, but this episode could have been handled SO much better.

Very badly handled by DK IMO

He's been offered Head Coach, which suggests that it would be above Chapman but not above Assistant manager(White).
Anyone know when Deano comes back from his 'holiday'?
