Who Is More Senior Wilkins Or White?

He isnt being employed as a potential assistant manager, he is being appointed as coach, unless White is removed from his post, he is senior.

If Dick Knight seriously wants to keep Wilkins at the club he should make him Assistant Manager.

Well from what i garner he would be in Chapmas role, head first team coach, then his senior would be White and so on so forth. Thats how it would be on paper i reckon.

As if being sacked wasn't bad enough, being demoted BELOW Dean White really would be the ultimate insult. Hell, if I went for a job at the albion I'd expect to be above Dean bloody White. Wilkins should tell them to shove it if that's the case!

Badger I 100% agree with you, if that is all Dick Knight can give Dean Wilkins then he can f*** off.
It is a a huge insult to Wilkins if that is the case.

I thought that they were supposed to be joint mangers and equal in status, but with different aspects to the job of manager.
