Boris Johnson: Highly paid (disgraced) journalist and now (disgraceful) Prime Minister

or

Ollie Robinson spouting crap on Twitter when he was self proclaimed 'bit of a dickhead' 19yr old cricketer.

...don't know how to do a poll.

Boris Johnson.

What the cricketer posted when he was a teenager was stupid yes and offensive but it wasn’t vile . I’m sure lots of youths have said similar especially around the time of 9-11 and the Birmingham attacks when Muslim suicide bombers were all over the news . Lots of teenagers say stupid things . A vile act is the gang of 3 chasing another youth with large knifes around Hyde park and stabbing him - that’s vile .

Let’s put things into perspective.

Absolutely, and utterly, this. Is nobody worthy of a second chance then? I deplore all these holier than thou posters who seem to think that they have never done anything that was wrong, or that they were ashamed of. I actually applaud Ollie for standing up in front of the cameras and admitting to his misdemeanors. I only hope that the England selectors continue to believe in him, and continue to pick him in the future.

As a Born Again Christian l believe in that little thing called forgiveness, and l only wish more people did, it might just help to make the world a better place.

I keep looking at your bus and realising it's time for a trip on the 17 again. Coffee in Waterstones at Horsham. Haven't been for a while. Might do that Saturday.

Coffee at Waterstones, one of my very fave things. Especially when taken on the leather sofa by the Travel Section, sadly much reduced in size since the Pandemic began.

I'll treat you to a cappuccino if l see you. :)

Reports suggesting he's going to be dropped for the next test (at least).

...quite what that will achieve now other than the ECB being able to demonstrate how tough they are is another matter.
