Cameron by a mile...but let's be honest, most of the serious abusers were his MP's, he would have been slaughtered if he had taken a less determined stand.

Despite the fact that I wouldn't ever vote for his party, my opinion of Cameron has improved considerably in the last few weeks, though I do think he is using this situation to clear out a few Tory grandees (Old Etonian, landed gentry types)...who many would cite as a reason not to go blue. Fair play to him for spotting an opportunity and taking it.
