Who has a speeding ticket/fine ?

Some of you have said i have no right to complain,in point of fact i am not,i will pay the fine and take the points. However you have to ask what kind of road safety is this ? As Barrell of Fun has worked it out,it is Bottomhouse. Like many drivers i do observe traffic regulations. If road safety is such a big issue,why don't the Police park outside or near to pubs around closing time ?

driving back from work at about midnight there have been a couple of times i have been stopped / seen people stopped near to the royal oak at wivelsfield green. (a pub only really accesable by car)

Iwas tailgated at 74mph some time ago by a white transit. I touched the brakes to flash the rear lights as a warning.
Next thing the drivers window is down and he is waving a wheel brace at me. I made my excuses and left.
