I have just been rooting through my old programmes, odds & sods and theres a few things that i found that i thought Oh maybe thats worth keeping or is it just old junk.Who else got a letter like this, after sending a letter to Mr Archer expressing my concern for the future of the club.....?

I have a official club letter (big seagull in the middle)

21st Novenmber 1996

Dear Mr Psychobilly Freakout (name changed !)

Thank you for your undated letter.

I am sorry you have had to write about your concerns for the club`s future.

There is massive political manoeuvring in Hove. The fans have been fed all sorts of rubbish.

I made a pledge in 1993 that the debts would be paid and a new stadium would be built. That is what i am going to do, build a 21st century stadium.

We will be ground sharing whilst the club build a stadium. The club does have a future, therefore, please continue to support jimmy case and the team. They do not deserve all of this upheavel !

yours sincerely

PS..I also have a official club letter (big seagull in the middle) from 1995 signed by liam brady saying that he has nothing to do with club politics

Dear Mr Psychobilly Freakout (name changed !)
(Why are you bothering me you pleb?)
Thank you for your undated letter.
(It actually causes me pain reading this bollocks)
I am sorry you have had to write about your concerns for the club`s future.
(Couldn't give a monkey's cuss about your views)

(I am the instigator of most of it, tee he)

(I'm going to sell the ground and f*** off with the proceeds)

(I won't be around to see any of this come to fruition, but will be several million smackers better off, ta)
yours sincerely

kinda think your right there mr element, although i did get the wrong idea when i saw the "(Why are you bothering me you pleb?)".............i was getting wound up again

the oldman, he's made it quite clear on several occasions.
Are you SURE?

I've had a search (looking for posts that The Oldman has made, containing the word "Archer") and all I could come up with was this (on a thread about whether we should mark the 10th anniversary of the closure of the Goldstone Ground):-:-

You cannot but just pointing out that any campaign to mark the end of the Goldstone will not necessarily attract positve publicity.
Personally I would not want to commemorate such a dark day in the Club's history. I blame Lewes and Nimbys for the Falmer fiasco but I still feel even more anger at Archer and Bellotti and the Hove Councillors who sold us down the river.

It seems to me that he's got a fairly mainstream view of Archer and Bellotti.
