Completely agree. He is so raw but Baleba has some real attributes. Couldn't see any evidence of any coaching from RDZ on this, just publicly criticising which was more because he wanted better replacements for Moises and Ali Mac.
Funny enough Barber told supporters last week that RDZ considered Baleba superior to Caicedo.

May I add Barco to this too? Apparently, Roberto wanted him out on loan as not premier league ready but from what I've seen (even his cameo at wolves in cup) looked pretty good to me.

Not enjoying being in the McKenna mix TBH with the whole “plucky Ipswich” thing

To add to this - Ferguson. I've been thinking for months that RDZ didn't rate him / zapped his confidence, and notice Fergi didn't put up a leaving message for RDZ.

Let's face it we are pretty tinpot,no managers or players want to come to us, we have reached our ceiling and we are on the road to nowhere. We are doomed and will be bottom 6 next season and there will be loads of empty spaces in the stadium.

I just want a manager that reminds the players that it is okay to shoot from distance rather than walk the ball in.
No, no, no. Possession is everything. Ideally we'd score no goals at all because scoring goals means giving possession back to the other team. We don't want that.

Wait what's happening is Potter actually coming back?
Is he f***.

Is saying Beleba is the future of this club and will be a great player criticising him?
If anyone can’t see the work they were putting in with him on the training field must be blind.

But saying Baleba is the future and Bloom will be happy as he can make a big profit on him in a few years was a direct dissing of our owner!

I must admit I was pretty surprised when De Zerbi said this (about Mark O'Mahony and Evan Ferguson) around three weeks ago:-

"Maybe Evan has a different shot but Mark is better in terms of possession, he understands the play better."

I voted Other as I don't rate any of those listed but can't think of anyone else ?
Sorry, I thought I was on the General Election thread for a moment.
