I thought the job of an administrator was to try and cut costs, so would they even be looking for a manager?

Maybe it'll be a job share for Tom - the groundsman.

Imagine Palace in L1, final match of the 2010/11 season. A win for Brighton would secure automatic promotion to the Championship and relegation to L2 for Palace.

Russell Slade could end up a cult hero if he takes Palace down. :smokin:

I could actually see Slade going there. Has a reputation for avoiding relegation, which has to be palace's aim now. Add in that he isn't an expensive "big name" manager so a) will be cheaper to hire, b) cheaper to fire for an incoming new owner. He's out of a job at the moment and looking. I wouldn't rule him out.

Rumour is that it's going to be the disaster that bears the name of PAUL HART.

If you are a palace fan that must be like the sound of screeching chalk on a blackboard.

Justifiable doom and gloom if true

exclusively announced here at midnight last night

(as was the just-as-probable news of the departure of Ambrose, Danns and Speroni and of their impending relegation)

Paul Hart has had more clubs this season than Portsmouth have had owners...or something like that!
