Poyet shades it for me. I would be happy with Adkins, OGS, Tilson, Gannon & Calderwood. Not sure why people think Calderwood would be bad. He took up Northampton playing nice football, and he took up Forest into the Champtionship. Yes he had a bit of money, but that has never been a guarantee of promotion... look at Leeds
