Or, more accurately, the second individual who used that name on NSC. When challenged by the original Observer, he changed his name to Observer 2.

Observer 2 always posted insightful messages - with a common theme running through them.

I guess he won't have a reason ever to return to NSC.

Maybe it's time to reveal exactly who Observer 2 was?
