I see Tories = Fianna Fail in this regard: appear to live off people voting for them because their grandad voted for them....

Tight race between Lib Dems and Plaid Cymru for the assembly seat up here. Personally didn't vote, not through apathy but because I'm leaving both the constituency and the country in a matter of months.

Although miles away from Lewes, i could not bring myself to vote for the Lib Dem scum so for the first and probably last time ever I voted Tory as there was no-one else.

I was hoping there might be a Lib Dem canvasser on the door so I could tell him what I thought of his despicable collegues in Lewes. Sadly, having rehearsed my lines all day in readiness, ther was just one doddery old Tory holding the fort.

Lets hope the Lib Dems take a pasting.

It's a choice between Labour, Lib Dem and Conservative where I am, so it'll have to be Labour especially as they're the only ones that have even bothered calling round. Don't know why the Conservatives and Lib Dems bother as I can't remember anyone other than a Labour Party candidate being returned in my ward.

Labour.

I don't really want to see The Tories take overall control of Brighton and Hove Council, and with the Greens looking determined to get all of the Preston Park seats, it was the least I could do!

Plus both Tories and LibDems have been unfairly putting down Brighton seafront lately, with a typical degree of factual inaccuracies. My letter pointing out these external fools speaking out(e.g: Simon Hughes) got in the Argus today.
