I like this post. It's like Sky making out football began with the premiership, we can make out football began with the Amex. I'm going with this because it means I can drop all that negative shit of the past when we nearly dropped out of the league and probably into oblivion.
It's good to let go and live in the now, so I read anyhow. Time to move on?

Did the Brighton Seagulls play somewhere else before the Amex?

Blackpool and a few seasons ago Birmingham City were dreadful
we trounced them round the pitch the whole match and then lost 1-0
to them by their only shot on goal !!
We should have won that game about 10-0

I think have been very few poor teams which is why I like championship so much. Apart from Leeds (and even they had penalty claim before we scored and missed a sitter) and think Shef Weds nearly all opposition have been in game most of time

They did score a cracking goal though, much better than the one Leeds put in

I thought Hammond scored that? So technically WE even scored for THEM

Blackpool or Wolves.

My controversial entry would be Bolton who were absolutely dire and yet we contrived to gift them a point with the last kick of the match when they barely got out of their own half all game. That was a game when our strikers couldn't hit a cows ar5e with a banjo and Bruno had scored with a 20 yard volley.

Wolves. The season they got relegated from the Championship.

Shocking.

Oh sorry you mean the worst team we played against

Only game I missed that season due to a christmas party. At the time I was gutted, after I realised I got lucky.

I think it was one each, they scored in about the fifth minute of injury time, Ngog I think, after a first half Bruno rocket.

Not ooverall the worst team we've seen at the Amex , but last seasons 0-0 with Huddersfield was the worst game by a country mile, no shots by either side and even less ambition. I did clear up at the bookis on it though, various bets that made no mention of any goals, and a very healthy £120 profit

That was Bolton and it was the seventh minute of injury time.
I remember listening to that game. Should have been at least 6-0 and Bolton would have been flattered by that. Gutting.
