It's deffo POTD for the final, although the FA try their hardest not to advertise the fact...

Been meaning to go to the last couple as a neutral, but never got round to it, but would whizz up to Wembley if there is local interest

BTW There were 1007 at the last 1/4 final they were in at East Brighton Park in 2002, so taking 2000 up north might be a wee bit optimistic ???

They normally get 80 at home games I think, york city took 30,000 to wembley last year or the year before. It's hard to tell how any they would take IF they make it.

York played Stevenage Boro in the FA Trophy Final at Wembley last season. Boro won 2-0 & the total gate was 27102. Stevenage sold 13000 tickets [they had been there 2 years before, first [new] Wembley final played] & the gate then was 53262. Maybe that's what you are confusing?

Littlehampton
Lol went to Gresley many years ago with Littlehampton,it kicked right off,in pub called The Rising Sun,LA fan head butted one of thier players on the pitch also, for your guys sake, lets hope they dont hold grudges, sussex/la/bhafc.

I went to that Gresley v Littlehampton game, it was absolutely mental. I reckon that Gresley had only anticpiated a few dozen away fans but hundreds turned up. We were squeezed in along one side of the ground, there were gardens backing onto the terrace and I remember quite a few people standing on top of the sheds to get a better view. I think the guy that ran onto the pitch when LA scored got sent down for a few months for nutting that Gresley player.

Their website will probably crash under the deluge of ticket applications.
I am not a Gold, Blue or White member at Whitehawk, however I do know people there so I will be OK for tickets. :smokin:

they have a website? :lolol:

I'd purely for the day out at Wembley

'xactly. Whitehawk are meant to be so well off, lay on a few dozen free coaches up to wembley and im sure they'd get a decent attendance

Whitehawk took 8 supporters to Marske yesterday, who travelled on the players coach.

Darren said he rose like a salmon for his goal yesterday.:lolol:

Let's hear it for Whitehawk yesterday. Brilliant. :clap2:
Into the two legged semi finals of the FA Vase (27th March/3rd April)
Let's hope for an away tie first because we've got no game 3rd April and there could be a brilliant turn out in East Brighton for the return match.

Must be something about Gresley and the sussex league. I went there with Peacehaven many many years ago in the FA Vase. think it was the quarter finals as well then... Maybe the last 16.

good to see whitehawk get through, however there is something a bit wrong with signing a player to play in the quarter final of the vase to me.... Sure get through, but to sign better players to get through seems a bit naughty to me.. Sure its totally in the rules, but just doesn't fit well morally to me.

There would be a better turnout if the home leg is switched to Withdean on police advice. ???

Even if it was, the fans would still have a better view if they stayed in Whitehawk
