Well WSCC has certainly been rubbish at dealing with the snow, most people I know have not been satisfied at the councils lack of actitity despite the high taxes. As for East Sussex, according to a few friends in rural areas, ESCC has been disapointing to an extent, and to be honest not really sure about Brighton And Hove.
