Well, yes, I wasn't expecting Henry Allingham to turn up to the game, neither was I expecting Laurence Olivier to burst into song. It was to give a better idea of those that have links to the 'city'. The point of the thread being who will proclaim to be a huge fan and rock up at Amex.

It is only David van Day, mentioned in the poll, that was born here.

Interesting to see who has/had links with the town. Apparently we helped educate two of the greatest ever Britons- Churchill and Brunel. We also gave shelter to Napoleon the third for a year. He was probably on an early exchange trip...

FANS at stadium:mk are set for a treat at half-time of the Milton Keynes Dons against Brighton and Hove Albion game.

David van Day, the former Dollar singer and I’m a celebrity entrant, will performing alongside his wife Sue Moxley.

The pair will appear as Rich and Famous.

Also appearing will be rappers Defi, Styler and Mr Y.G.

Defi, aka Izmeal Cunningham, is the Dons’ BME – black, minority, ethnic – communities officer.

They will be performing their new song which is also entitled Rich and Famous and is set to be released at the end of March on Sky One programme Louis Spence’s Showbusiness
