Steve Harper of Newcastle United has as well. Newcastle (Prem, Championship, Uefa Cup and Champions League), Huddersfield (Championship) Bradford and Stockport (League 1) and Hartlepool (League 2) he also had a loan spell in the conference with Gateshead meaning he is the only player to play in the top 5 leagues in the English Pyramid and the two major European competitions.
